Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join our Property & Asset Management team in Parramatta, NSW. You will lead facilities operations for a commercial asset, ensuring highest standards, stakeholder satisfaction, and contract compliance.

With at least 10 years in facilities management, you will oversee budgets, vendor performance, and safety programs, while supporting tenant relations and lease requirements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in facilities management.
• Strong customer-centric focus with stakeholder management ability.
• Demonstrable financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical understanding of AC, Fire Protection, M&E, and BMS systems.
• Understanding of lease requirements and tenant relations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with stakeholders and attend client meetings.
• Manage vendors and contractors to deliver services on time and within budget.
• Oversee site financial operations, budgets, and variance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Permit to Work.
• Provide 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance when required.
• Liaise with tenants on lease-related issues and support retention.
• Manage risk programmes, audits, and business continuity plans.
