Job summary

Egis in Perth seeks a Senior Façade Engineer to lead design, engineering and documentation of complex façade projects. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, and mentor junior engineers to deliver high‑quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications include a degree in engineering or architecture, extensive façade experience, and ability to oversee curtain wall, glazing and cladding projects from concept to construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with relevant engineering or architectural qualifications.
• Extensive experience in façade engineering and related building disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple façade projects across concept, design and construction phases.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.
• Experience with curtain wall, glazing and cladding projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver façade and structural design services from concept to construction.
• Lead complex projects, set technical strategy, and coordinate resources.
• Manage project budgets, invoicing oversight and financial performance.
• Coordinate with BMU, Building Physics/ESD, Acoustics and Lighting for integrated outcomes.
• Support business development through proposals and client engagements.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative, safe team culture.
