Job summary

Hilton Perth Northbridge is seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our F&B department, delivering outstanding hospitality and memorable dining experiences. You’ll inspire a team, uphold standards, and drive business results in a vibrant Perth venue.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll manage guest satisfaction, cost controls, budgets and labour, while partnering with Marketing and Commercial to create promotions and guest-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months Australian working rights; sponsorship not offered.
• Based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate.
• Experience as Food & Beverage Manager or similar senior hospitality leadership role.
• Experience leading bar operations within a premium hotel setting.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (budgets, payroll, labour costs, revenue).
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and continuous service improvement.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Creativity and genuine passion for Food & Beverage.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring quality and service.
• Drive guest satisfaction strategies, monitor feedback, and implement improvements.
• Oversee administrative and planning tasks; implement cost controls for F&B.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and marketing initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members; recognise achievements to retain talent.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial to create promotions and initiatives.
• Uphold regulatory standards in health, safety, and alcohol management.
