Pantoro Limited is a growing Western Australian gold producer with Norseman as a key project. We are seeking an experienced Senior Exploration Geologist to advance our exploration programs, mentor field staff and contribute to resource growth across our tenement package.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Geology or related field.
• 7+ years of mineral exploration experience, preferably in gold.
• Strong knowledge of Archean gold systems and WA goldfields.
• Experience in exploration program planning, drill supervision, interpretation and target generation.
• Proficiency in geological modelling and data management software.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive approach to safety, teamwork and technical excellence.
• Genuine enthusiasm for exploration and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute surface exploration and drilling programs.
• Maintain high quality geological processes to enable interpretation of results.
• Identify and progress targets to support resource growth and future development.
• Integrate geological data to improve understanding and target generation.
• Collaborate with geology and technical teams to deliver safe, efficient exploration programs.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior geologists and field staff.
• Support continuous improvement of exploration practices and geological models.
