Pantoro Limited, a growing Western Australian gold producer based in Perth, seeks a Principal Resource Geologist to own and drive resource estimation across a diverse portfolio. You will lead modelling, validation and reporting, aligning technical outputs with operational and strategic goals.

Ideal candidates have senior-level resource geology experience, strong geostatistics skills and a collaborative leadership style to mentor others and strengthen processes across the mine value chain.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Geology with geostatistics training is highly regarded.
• Extensive Mineral Resource estimation and modelling experience across senior consulting, principal, or corporate roles.
• Experience managing diverse gold deposits and multiple resource models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mineral Resource estimation, modelling, validation and reporting across Pantoro's gold deposits.
• Maintain multiple resource models ensuring consistency and alignment with operations and strategy.
• Apply advanced geostatistical techniques to optimise resource estimation outcomes and report to standards.
