RAC WA is seeking a Service Designer for a 12-month maximum-term role to design end-to-end member experiences and align journeys with business objectives. Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Service Design methodologies including Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, Lean UX, Design Sprints and Agile.
• Experience planning and leading research and design of complex omni-channel services is mandatory.
• Strong background in customer experience product design with qualitative & quantitative research, customer behaviour analysis and marketing insights; leading cross-functional research/design activities.
• Ability to synthesize research into clear, actionable insights, recommendations and opportunities for delivery decisions.
• Ability to translate insights into strategic vision and recommendations for senior leadership and product direction.
• Comfortable collaborating and delivering quality outputs in fast-paced, ambiguous, complex environments.
• Ability to lead projects independently or contribute effectively as a team member.
• Experience recruiting and interviewing research participants is highly desirable.
• Exposure to transformational projects and organisational change initiatives is advantageous.

• Lead end-to-end service design initiatives for member-centric experiences across channels.
• Develop service design artefacts like blueprints and journey maps linking customer needs to business objectives.
• Collaborate with product, technology and operations to translate experiences into feasible solutions.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover member behaviours and pain points.
• Map service experiences and validate findings with stakeholders.
• Synthesize research into insights, personas, journeys and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate co-creation workshops aligning cross-functional teams on goals.
• Influence stakeholders with clear narratives and evidence-based design strategy.
