Job summary

HBF Health Limited is seeking a Senior Designer to shape digital experiences across our products and channels. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Analysts to create user flows, interfaces and prototypes that improve member outcomes.

You will champion human-centered design and guide discovery, design, testing and delivery with evidence-based decisions. The role emphasizes research-informed design, accessibility, and mentoring junior designers within a hybrid work model,

Qualifications

Design end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile.
Strong UX, interaction design and prototyping skills.
Engage stakeholders and communicate design rationale.
Plan, estimate and scope complex design initiatives in agile teams.
Use research, analytics and usability testing to inform decisions.
Mentor other designers and apply accessibility principles.

Responsibilities

Design user flows, information architecture, wireframes and high-fidelity experiences.
Create implementation-ready artefacts and documentation for development teams.
Translate research findings and business needs into intuitive digital solutions.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify opportunities and measure outcomes.
Plan, conduct and synthesize research to inform design decisions.
Lead usability testing, validation and iteration to improve experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams balancing member needs and technical constraints.
