Lanson Partners is seeking a Senior Experience Designer in Sydney to shape enterprise-wide customer experiences. You’ll work hands-on across service design, UX and UI, moving from journey mapping to polished interfaces, balancing the big picture with pixel-level detail.

You’ll lead multiple initiatives, collaborate with product and technology teams, and help build design standards and a design system while keeping accessibility and inclusive design at the forefront.

Formación

• 5+ years in service design, customer experience design, UX and UI design or a related field.
• Strong UX/UI skills, with strong Figma and prototyping proficiency (the role leans towards the UX/UI end of the spectrum)
• Proven experience in journey mapping, service blueprinting and research-led design
• Experience designing and implementing digital customer experiences with product, technology and delivery teams
• Working knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end service and experience design using journey mapping and service blueprinting.
• UX and interaction design: Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes and prototypes.
• UI and visual design: Produce high-quality interfaces with strong visual craft.
• Research and testing: Plan and run customer research, concept testing and usability testing.
• Collaboration and delivery: Partner with product, technology and operations from discovery to implementation.
• Design practice: Facilitate workshops and embed human-centred design across the business.
• Build the foundations: Help establish design standards and a design system.
