PM-Partners group in Australia is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to lead end-to-end banking customer journeys across digital and assisted channels, shaping onboarding, payments, lending, servicing, digital banking and support experiences.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will uncover customer needs, define future-state experiences, and drive human-centred design outcomes that deliver measurable business and customer value.

Qualificações

• 5+ years experience in Experience Design, Service Design or related fields.
• Experience designing complex journeys in regulated industries such as banking.
• Strong skills in journey mapping, service design and interaction design.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
• Stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of end-to-end customer journeys across banking experiences.
• Translate requirements into customer-centric solutions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, journey mapping, and co-design sessions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize data insights.
• Create journey maps, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Delivery teams.
• Advocate for human-centred design and mentor junior designers.
• Measure the effectiveness of experiences through outcomes.
