Job summary

Computracts Pty in Sydney is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor for a government contract in the CBD. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for senior executives, collaborating with HR partners and senior managers to deliver timely, compliant hiring outcomes.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in end-to-end recruitment, a high-touch advisory approach, and strong knowledge of NSW public sector recruitment rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and selection process and procedures, managing senior level stakeholder recruitment
• High touch approach to partner/advise/coach senior level stakeholders to deliver consistent world class talent acquisition outcomes, keeping with all NSW public sector requirements
• Demonstrated mature level of customer-centric senior level stakeholder engagement experience
• Sound level of understanding of recruitment legislation fundamentals and talent acquisition best practices

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong ongoing working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Senior Level Managers to provide expert advice for positions within the department and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to required KPIs
• Provide end-to-end senior executive recruitment services within the department, from initial job briefing to final onboarding stage for senior executive talent in keeping with the GSE and best practice guidelines
• Work with third-party providers to support senior level managers and employees with operational payroll/onboarding activities
• Identify and analyse emergent issues, resourcing data and statistics, metrics, and trends to inform internal mobility and workforce resourcing activities and planning; prepare reports and submissions, and present information to support workforce decision making
