NSW Trustee and Guardian is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to provide 360, end-to-end recruitment support for a diverse portfolio across NSW. You will partner with portfolio hiring managers to design and implement fit-for-purpose assessment strategies and run targeted recruitment campaigns across multiple Sydney offices.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering in a customer-centric, high-touch internal talent acquisition environment.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and candidates to support end-to-end recruitment.
• Knowledge of compliance and governance standards in recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of recruitment assignments across NSW Trustee and Guardian offices.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and provide fit-for-purpose assessment strategies.
• Design and run assessment centre recruitment campaigns.
• Lead talent projects and ongoing process improvements; collect feedback.
• Coach hiring managers and employees to ensure effective, compliant processes.
• Conduct lifecycle surveys and reporting to drive improvements.
