Job summary

Pinaka Technology Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Exchange Specialist Infrastructure Engineer to implement and support Exchange on-premise and Online environments across multiple states. The role requires NV2 security clearance and flexibility to work hybrid across QLD, ACT, VIC, NSW and SA.

The successful candidate will manage capacity, design and maintain infrastructure, and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience with capacity management and demand control.
IT infrastructure engineering at an advanced level including design and maintenance.
Strong problem management skills and ability to implement remedies.
Experience with systems design, installation and decommissioning in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Administering and supporting the Department’s Exchange on premise and Online messaging environment.
Investigating and resolving technical issues and providing solution options to stakeholders.
Supporting configuration, maintenance and enhancement of Exchange on premise and Online services.
Monitoring service performance, availability and mail flow and addressing issues.
Implementing and maintaining email security, compliance and governance.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures.
