Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Network Engineer - Exchange Site Transformation to support enterprise messaging transformation initiatives in Sydney. You will plan, design, implement, and support Exchange infrastructure transformation projects, including data center migrations, site consolidations, Exchange upgrades, hybrid deployments, and cloud migration programs.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Exchange Server 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365, and

Qualifications

Strong experience in Exchange Server administration, Exchange Site Transformation, and messaging infrastructure migration projects.
Hands-on with Exchange 2016/2019, Exchange Online, Office 365, and hybrid environments.
Mailbox migrations, site consolidations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, coexistence management, and Exchange infrastructure modernization.
Proficient in mail flow, DNS, Active Directory integration, DAGs, load balancing, and high-availability configurations.
PowerShell scripting for Exchange administration, automation, and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and project execution.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement, and support Exchange infrastructure transformation projects.
Lead data center migrations, site consolidations, upgrades, and cloud migrations.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and business teams.
Ensure seamless migrations while minimizing business disruption and preserving availability.
