Job summary

Apex Event Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead client-facing and production aspects of corporate, live and experiential events. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from briefing to execution and focus on building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience producing events for corporate clients; exhibitions/experiential events are advantageous.
• Strong team management and cross-department collaboration.
• Excellent financial acumen with proven budget experience.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Confident communicator, presenter and negotiator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure, highly organized with multi-priority management.
• Willing to work variable hours, including weekends; able to work in Richmond office 3 days a week.
• Driver's license and car essential.
