Apex Event Recruitment in Sydney's Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead a portfolio from concept to onsite delivery. You will work both independently and with the team, coordinating logistics, budgets, proposals, suppliers and onsite delivery.

You will mentor junior staff and contribute creatively to event concepts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and seamless execution of corporate events.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of event industry experience.
• Experience managing multiple events and projects simultaneously.
• Confidence managing high budget events.
• Strong client and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience developing event proposals and budgets.
• Strong budget management experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

Aufgaben

• Manage your own portfolio of events from concept through to delivery.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
• Build strong and trusted relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Manage event logistics and ensure all project requirements are delivered successfully.
• Manage onsite event delivery.
• Develop and manage event budgets.
• Lead the creation of client proposals and budgets.
• Contribute to the retention and growth of existing client accounts.
• Manage event styling requirements.
• Lead team brainstorms and creative sessions.
• Contribute creative ideas and solutions to client briefs.
• Manage Event Coordinators across supplier and venue sourcing.
• Work closely with venues and suppliers throughout event planning and delivery.
• Manage multiple events and project deadlines simultaneously.
• Support junior team members through collaboration and mentoring.
• Troubleshoot issues and make confident decisions during event delivery.
• Contribute across different areas of the business where required.
