The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Melbourne is seeking an experienced events professional to plan and deliver conferences and events from planning to on-site delivery and post-event reporting.

You will coordinate sponsorships, budgets, registrations and program delivery, while liaising with senior stakeholders, sponsors, exhibitors and suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes for in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating and delivering conferences and events of varying sizes, including on-site management.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, tight deadlines and event budgets.
• Experience using event management software such as EventsAIR, along with website content management and online event platforms.
• Experience delivering and managing virtual and hybrid events.
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills with senior stakeholders, sponsors and exhibitors.

Responsabilités

• Manage events from planning through to on-site delivery and post-event reporting.
• Oversee sponsorship and exhibition management, budgeting, registration and program coordination.
• Engage stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring timely, high-quality event delivery.
• Develop and maintain virtual platforms, supporting digital solutions for delegates.
