Job summary

Forefront Recruitment Pty is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Estimator for a growing D&C business with a Melbourne CBD office. You will join an established estimating team, supporting early pricing through to tender submission and handover on offices and workplace fit-outs.

With $1m–$10m project ranges and ~20 Victoria staff, the role offers a competitive salary ($140k–$180k + super) and a collaborative, lunch-friendly office culture in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction estimating experience with a head contractor.
• Office/ workplace fit-out experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Price work from early pricing through tender submission and handover.
• Work with estimating, pre-construction and delivery teams to drive tender outcomes.
• Contribute to a strong pipeline of Melbourne projects and accurate cost estimates.
