Page Group Australia is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation across commercial and residential projects in Melbourne. The role focuses on accurate budgeting, tender preparation, and active engagement with architects and stakeholders to influence cost decisions.

The successful candidate will bring extensive estimating experience, solid knowledge of construction methods and market rates, and proficiency with estimating software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The Senior Estimator will play a key role in the construction team, managing cost estimations and ensuring the success of both commercial and residential projects across Melbourne. Description

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse project plans, specifications, and scope to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop budgets and schedules.
