Forefront Recruitment Pty is seeking an Intermediate or Senior Estimator for a growing D&C business with a Melbourne CBD office. You will join an established estimating team, supporting early pricing through to tender submission and handover on offices and workplace fit-outs.

With $1m–$10m project ranges and ~20 Victoria staff, the role offers a competitive salary ($140k–$180k + super) and a collaborative, lunch-friendly office culture in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction estimating experience with a head contractor.
• Office/ workplace fit-out experience is a bonus, but not essential.

Whether you're an Intermediate Estimator or Senior Estimator looking for a change, we'd be keen to hear from you.

You'll be joining an established national D&C business specialising in commercial office and workplace fit-outs, with a new open-plan office in Melbourne's CBD.

Projects typically range from $1m to $10m, and you'll work as part of an established estimating team alongside the wider pre-construction and delivery teams, from early pricing through to tender submission and handover.

With almost 100 staff nationally, including around 20 in Victoria, the business has an established presence across Australia and NZ.

The business is privately owned by one Director, whose vision is to leave a lasting legacy: a great place to work and a business that creates amazing fit-outs. The salary ranges from $140k to $180k + super, depending on your level and experience.
