The G’day Group is seeking an experienced Senior ESG Analyst to lead technical ESG expertise and drive sustainability reporting and performance. You will partner with senior governance and risk leads to establish ESG priorities, governance and reporting across the organisation.
You will collaborate with internal teams and external specialists on regulatory requirements and industry best practice, shaping decarbonisation and risk-mitigation initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Senior ESG Analyst to provide technical ESG expertise and help drive our organisation’s ESG strategy, climate and sustainability reporting and performance. Partnering with the GM, Governance, Risk and Compliance, ESG Steering Committee and Head of Enterprise Risk, you will help establish ESG priorities, strengthen ESG governance and ensure ESG risks, opportunities and performance are effectively identified and reported.
You will work across the organisation and with external ESG specialists where required, when expert advice on sustainability matters, emerging regulatory requirements and evolving best practice is required.
You are an experienced ESG or sustainability professional who combines strong technical capability with commercial thinking and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across a complex organisation.
