Job summary

RSM Australia is seeking a Senior Consultant to deliver sustainability reporting, climate reporting, and ESG advisory engagements. You will manage workstreams, perform technical analyses, and prepare client-ready deliverables while developing expertise in standards such as GRI, TCFD, and IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, Climate Science, or related discipline.
• Experience in sustainability assurance, ESG advisory, climate reporting, or related fields is desirable.
• Knowledge of frameworks like GRI, TCFD, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of sustainability reporting, climate reporting, and ESG advisory engagements.
• Manage defined workstreams, plan activities, and coordinate to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare climate-related disclosures and sustainability reports, governance docs, and client communications.
• Conduct GHG emissions calculations (Scope 1–3) and data analysis.
• Contribute to client meetings, proposals, and capability-building initiatives.
• Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and technical memos.
