Job summary

ELMO Software in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to take ownership of a key strategic delivery project and drive it to on-time, high-quality delivery. You’ll lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, managing scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies with clarity and pace.

ERP, HR or SaaS experience is valued, with preference for delivering complex ERP projects. This role reports to the VP, Corporate Strategic Initiatives and requires strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering complex projects end to end.
Able to assess an existing project quickly and run with it.
Experience in HR, payroll or SaaS is highly valued and priority given to ERP delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead this complex, cross-functional project in a matrix environment with structure, pace and clarity.
Own scope, timelines, budgets, quality and dependencies; drive delivery outcomes.
Proactively manage risks, issues, actions and decisions to maintain momentum.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold contributors accountable for delivery.
Lead workshops, project forums and working sessions to drive progress.
Provide clear, concise status reporting and escalate blockers early.
