AECOM Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Approvals Advisor to relocate to Perth. The role offers hybrid work with relocation assistance and opportunities across Energy, Transport, Mining and Defence projects in WA.

You will lead environmental impact assessments and approvals, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and engage with regulators and clients to deliver timely outcomes. Senior or Principal level opportunities available.

Formación

• Experience in environmental impact assessment and approvals.
• Knowledge of WA state and/or Commonwealth processes.
• Experience preparing environmental reports and approval documentation.
• Experience contributing to or managing projects in consulting/government/environment.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative approach and sound judgement.
• Tertiary qualifications in environmental science or planning.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and coordinate environmental impact assessments, approval documentation, constraints assessments, environmental management plans and other technical deliverables.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify environmental risks and ensure environmental considerations are incorporated throughout project planning, design and delivery.
• Engage with clients, regulators and stakeholders to support clear, practical and timely project outcomes.
• Coordinate project activities, including resources, programmes, budgets and deliverables, appropriate to your level of experience.
• Contribute to proposals, client relationships and the continued growth of our Impact Assessment and Permitting practice.
• Support and collaborate with colleagues across Perth and AECOM’s broader Australia and New Zealand environmental practice.
• At more senior levels, provide technical review, project leadership and mentoring to developing team members.
