Job summary

Neara is seeking a Senior Customer Value Architect to lead strategic enterprise accounts in Australia from Sydney. You will own delivery, adoption and measurable value, working across sales, deployment and product to shape outcomes and growth for utility and infrastructure customers.

You will embed with the customer, understand risk management, configure the platform to fit their realities, and drive multi-stakeholder alignment from engineering teams to executives.

• Strong business and ROI focus aligned to client priorities and commercial results.
• Senior stakeholder presence with executives and technical teams alike.

Responsibilities

• Own the account: overall delivery, adoption, value and growth.
• Lead enterprise delivery end-to-end to meet scope and outcomes.
• Configure Neara around client risk analysis and management workflows.
• Embed adoption across the organisation, including change management.
• Define business cases and ROI metrics with leadership, and run value reviews.
• Serve as trusted executive advisor shaping Neara's future in the account.
