Job summary

Neara is looking for a Customer Success Engineer in Sydney to work with utilities and infrastructure owners across continents. You will translate Neara’s AI-powered digital twin platform into practical outcomes, helping customers build trust and measure value.

This role blends technical delivery with strategic account growth. You will engage in model builds, drive adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Deployment and Product to identify opportunities and extend use across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
• Comfort with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics simply to engineers and executives.
• Understanding how technology creates business value and how to measure it.

Responsibilities

• Become a Neara expert and translate platform capabilities into customer value.
• Help stand up and refine network models and solutions for your customers.
• Drive adoption through hands-on support, training and workshops.
• Ensure the value lands by tracking delivery against scope and outcomes.
• Be the go-to technical contact and build trusted relationships with customer teams.
• Spot new pain points and drive opportunities with Sales and Deployment.
• Share learnings across accounts to improve future deployments.
