Job summary

Paxus is partnering with a Federal Government organisation in Canberra to secure an experienced Network Architect. You will define and govern enterprise network architecture across on-prem, cloud-connected, and hybrid environments, delivering architecture artefacts and roadmaps while ensuring security, resilience and scalability.

The role is primarily onsite in Canberra with up to 2 remote days per week after six months, within a hybrid arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business, security and technology requirements into network architectures.
• Strong governance, design artefact production and architecture roadmaps.
• Experience implementing ISM/PSPF/Essential Eight controls in architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise network architecture, standards, patterns and roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end network designs.
• Lead complex network initiatives and produce high-quality design artefacts.
