You will act as a strategic advisor orchestrating multi-million dollar CX transformation partnerships, with autonomy to execute a go-to-market strategy backed by a comprehensive bid, pricing, and solution architecture engine.

Qualifications

• 10+ years BPO/CX mastery with enterprise networks.
• Proven ability to originate and close complex, multi-year partnerships.
• Understand global delivery models and transition impact.
• Know competitor bidding strategies and market gaps.
• Self-direct high-yield opportunities with minimal internal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and close high-value BPO contracts across Australia.
• Engage C-suite peers to articulate CX value, ROI, and strategic impact.
• Architect cost-optimised CX transformations blending people and tech.
• Lead go-to-market with bid, pricing, and solution architecture engines.
• Manage 12–18 month deal lifecycles with internal bid teams.
