Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Advanced AV & UC professional to support enterprise meeting environments globally. You will work on MS Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex Room devices, Zoom Rooms, and other modern platforms, ensuring high availability for executive meetings and large events.

The role covers AV infrastructure deployment, troubleshooting, and collaboration technology management across onsite and hybrid settings, with strong ITIL practices and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise AV/UC environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Cisco Webex Room Devices, and Zoom Rooms.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, H.323, VoIP, WebRTC, and hybrid meeting technologies.
• Experience supporting executive conference rooms, boards, and high-profile meetings.
• Expertise in AV troubleshooting across audio, video, conferencing, codecs, firmware, and endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise AV, UC, and collaboration technologies across global locations.
• Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, Zoom Rooms, and related AV platforms.
• Provide executive-level support for board meetings, leadership meetings, and critical events.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain AV infrastructure including audio, video, control, and conferencing systems.
• Troubleshoot complex AV, network, hardware, software, and conferencing issues.
