Reporting to the GM, you will lead architecture governance and define the target state, aligning solutions across care, data and operations to deliver transformation.

• Experience leading enterprise architecture in health or private insurance.
• Proven track record owning a portfolio roadmap through large transformation.
• Strong commercial judgement and influence with executives.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or similar is valued but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Own the architecture vision, target state and roadmap.
• Shape investment cases with senior stakeholders.
• Provide leadership across transformational programs.
• Define governance and keep solutions aligned to target state.
• Collaborate across client, care delivery, workforce, finance and data domains.
• Guide solution architects and delivery teams.
