Job summary

Quinn Allan is seeking a senior enterprise architect to set the technology direction for a health/insurance portfolio in Sydney. You will partner with senior business and technology leaders on major programs, investment decisions and the target state, reporting to the GM and guiding solution architects and the wider architecture team.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior enterprise architecture experience in health or private insurance.
• Led portfolio roadmaps through large-scale transformation.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives with commercial insight.
• Breadth across cloud, data, integration and CRM/care management platforms.
• Independent drive to deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
• TOGAF or equivalent certification valued but not essential.

The role

This is the senior, strategic architecture seat. You set the technology direction for the portfolio and work closely with senior business and technology leaders on major programs, investment decisions and the target state. You report to the GM, and work alongside solution architects and the wider architecture team.

What you will do

• Own the architecture vision, target state and technology roadmap.
• Shape investment decisions and business cases with senior stakeholders, linking technology choices to commercial and care outcomes
• Provide architecture leadership and design authority across major transformation programs, including the response to aged care reform
• Define principles, standards and governance, and keep solutions aligned to the enterprise target state
• Work across client, care delivery, workforce, finance and data domains to simplify the application landscape
• Guide and support solution architects and delivery teams

What you will bring

• Senior enterprise architecture experience in health or private insurance
• A track record of owning a portfolio roadmap through large-scale transformation
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to influence senior executives
• Breadth across cloud, integration, data and enterprise platforms such as CRM and care management systems
• Initiative, and comfort driving outcomes in a complex, changing environment
• TOGAF or equivalent is valued, but not essential
