Job summary

St John of God Health Care is seeking an Enterprise Architect to shape the organisation's technology landscape. This role develops roadmaps, target-state architectures, and governance to enable informed investment decisions and drive outcomes across Perth or Melbourne offices.

You will collaborate with technology, project, and delivery teams, manage risk, reduce complexity, and ensure secure, scalable, and interoperable solutions while supporting the mission and values of SJGHC.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, CS, or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, principles, standards, and technology roadmaps that align technology investments with organisational objectives.
• Provide practical architecture leadership and governance across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, integration, security, and emerging technologies.
• Drive technology simplification and optimisation by reducing duplication, legacy systems, technical debt, and unnecessary complexity.
• Review and guide technology solutions to ensure they are secure, scalable, interoperable, and aligned with standards.
• Collaborate with business, clinical, technology, and delivery teams to develop target-state architectures and manage dependencies.
