Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Manager for Starlink Enterprise Accounts focused on State & Local government programs.

Lead a team to deliver strategic growth, manage complex cross-functional programs, and own end-to-end government subsidy contracts, ensuring on-time delivery and maximizing revenue opportunities. The role requires seasoned leadership in a fast-paced, start-up environment with strong customer interfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years working with State & Local executives and customers to support a technical product/service.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, deliver and rapidly implement strategy and growth plans for delivering Starlink to government subsidized programs.
• Grow and build the enterprise account management function within Starlink.
• Hire and lead an exceptional team.
• Identify and build necessary tools and capabilities to manage accounts at scale, partnering with software and finance teams to automate where possible.
• Develop internal goals and metrics/visualizations to measure and communicate success.
• Manage all aspects of non-technical project management for government subsidized accounts.
• Finalize commercial government subsidy contracts with stakeholders to ensure readiness for signature and identify risks internal to the program.
• Ensure contract requirements are delivered on time and met.
• Own activation goals and forecasted revenue, communicating readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks.
• Own the customer interface from contract signature through onboarding, ongoing management, and long-term retention/growth.
• Build relationships with customer points of contact to identify requirements and drive revenue realization.
• Collect and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
