Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Vendor Manager for Starlink to own the authorized installer network in the Redmond region, building durable partner relationships, enforcing SLAs, and driving weekly performance reviews. You will oversee vendor onboarding, budget, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, regulatory, and finance.

A strong background in vendor management and channel partnerships is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline.
2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement/sourcing, channel partnerships, contract management, or omnichannel sales.
2+ years of experience managing vendor or partner relationships after onboarding.

Responsibilities

Own the health of the authorized installer network in your region.
Identify and establish partnerships with authorized installers; negotiate and close deals.
Hold vendors to SLAs and drive corrective action when performance slips.
Own regional budget including partner spend and capacity planning.
Lead weekly metrics review covering take rates, installations, issues, SLA performance, and sentiment.
