You will manage lanes, negotiate rates, monitor performance, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service to mitigate risk and optimize cost. This onsite role requires travel up to 5–10%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 3+ years of global logistics operations with domestic and international focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carrier management including daily operations and performance monitoring.
• Monitor carrier performance and implement corrective actions to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Track and update status for inbound/outbound materials and act as the point of contact for logistics issues.
