Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, channel management, retail sales, account management, or complex partnerships.
• 3+ years managing retail or distribution channels with forecasting, promotions, and performance tracking.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day communication and commercial relationships with big box and specialty retailers.
• Lead distributor relationships, including account planning and go-to-market coordination.
• Assist with inventory allocation decisions to optimize product availability and minimize stockouts.
• Drive promotions development and execution for the retail channel.
• Support quarterly and annual forecasting for the retail channel and surface risks.
• Streamline data processes and reporting to inform channel strategy and investments.
• Lead store expansion, new doors, and in-store merchandising and activation.
• Lead Starlink service activations of new kits sold through retail with cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, finance, supply chain, and legal for launches.
• Report progress to Starlink leadership and drive continuous improvement of team processes.
