RIB Software GmbH in Sydney seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to own and expand major AECO accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and managing directors, guiding platform adoption and strategic partnerships.

You will lead cross-functional teams, architect complex commercial terms, and drive recurring revenue through multi-product engagements in a dynamic, global software environment.

Qualificações

• C-Suite level communication and influence.
• Ability to map stakeholders and navigate large organisations.
• Understanding of AECO project delivery, BIM and estimating workflows.
• Experience building TCO/ROI models for enterprise software.

Responsabilidades

• Own and expand Tier 1 and Tier 2 enterprise accounts in AECO.
• Lead complex EBAs, pricing structures and renewal negotiations.
• Drive land-and-expand within existing accounts and multi-product adoption.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting.
