Job summary

NSW Early Learning Commission in Parramatta is seeking a Senior Enquiry Officer to be the first point of contact for ECEC providers and other stakeholders. You will deliver accurate written, telephone and email responses to a range of complex enquiries, and support other Enquiries Officers to maintain high-quality customer service.

The role requires a strong customer focus, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to interpret and apply legislation.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
• Understanding of early childhood education and care values and regulations.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex legislation and policies.
• Clear, accurate and timely written, telephone and email communication.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for ECEC service providers and stakeholders.
• Provide accurate written, telephone and email responses to complex enquiries.
• Support other Enquiries Officers to deliver consistent, high-quality advice.
• Contribute to ensuring safety, quality and compliance in ECEC regulation.
