NSW Early Learning Commission in Parramatta is seeking a Senior Enquiry Officer to provide accurate responses to complex enquiries from ECEC service providers and stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact, delivering high-quality information via phone, email and written communication, while supporting a team to maintain service standards.

The role requires a strong customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on understanding relevant legislation and policies

Qualificações

• Current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance for paid employment.
• Demonstrated understanding of the value of early childhood education and care.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for ECEC service providers and stakeholders via written, telephone and email responses to complex enquiries.
• Support other Enquiries Officers to deliver consistent, high-quality advice and customer service.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responses and information provided.
