• Background in aftermarket automotive or aeronautical industry desirable.
• Strong project management skills with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Proven track record delivering New Product Process (NPP) from concept to delivery.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.

• Define and own the engineering department strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure investment focuses on delivering customer and business value.
• Lead engineering projects from concept through delivery with resourcing and risks.
• Own and oversee the New Product Process (NPP) from concept to delivery.
