Job summary

Hire Resolve is partnering with established and growing Australian organisations to recruit experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineers across mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, industrial, process, manufacturing, mining, and project engineering roles. Roles require strong technical capability, proven project delivery, and the ability to operate within regulated, safety-critical environments.

Chartered or RPEQ registration is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience (implied by role seniority).
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or RPEQ registration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept, design, and development through to execution and commissioning.
• Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challenges.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, statutory regulations, and WHS requirements.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, reliability, and cost performance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required.
