Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking three Senior Engagement and Programs Officers based regionally in NSW. The roles focus on Aboriginal outcomes, delivering high-impact projects, and building strong relationships with Aboriginal communities and partner services across NSW.

Flexible/hybrid working environment with 35 hours per week. Salary ranges from AUD 133,348 to AUD 146,945 plus super, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Aboriginal communities and businesses.
• Delivery of place-based community programs and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from inception to completion with robust plans and budgets.
• Delivering culturally appropriate consultation to identify community priorities.
• Provide guidance on culturally safe practices and Aboriginal principles across regional operations.
• Prepare high-quality reports and communications for diverse audiences.
