Job summary

Snowflake seeks an Enablement Business Partner to accelerate Solution Engineering capability and align learning with business outcomes. You will diagnose gaps, curate content, and design activation experiences that improve field performance and adoption of new capabilities.

Embedded with leadership, you’ll drive relationships across Product, Field, and Leadership to deliver scalable enablement, while leveraging data signals to continuously refine programs and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, solution engineering and enablement in the data space.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Deep expertise in OLAP/OLTP, SQL and/or Python.
• Snowflake experience and SnowPro Core/Advanced a plus.
• Experience designing, building and delivering enablement programs.
• Ability to lead through influence and secure sponsorship from stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic enablement partner for SE leadership; diagnose skill gaps and measure capability changes.
• Curate enablement content; validate AI outputs, maintain domain truth, feed signals back to PM/PMM.
• Diagnose field needs from signals and prioritize gaps with data.
• Design activation experiences with hands-on or self-serve formats; measure behavior change.
• Coordinate with Product, Field and Leadership; manage intake and align to release cadence.
• Scale local enablement to org-wide capability and shape everboarding programs.
