Mater Health Services in Queensland is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Consultant to partner with leaders across the organisation, guiding complex employee relations matters and shaping workplace strategies that drive meaningful outcomes.

In this senior ER role, you'll provide expert advice, manage sensitive cases, deliver ER training, interpret awards and policies, and contribute to HR projects while building trusted partnerships.

Formación

• Experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards, and ER frameworks.
• Excellent communication, coaching, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Providing expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters.
• Managing complex cases including performance, grievances, disciplinary matters, complaints, and ill or injured worker cases.
• Coaching and supporting leaders through challenging people situations.
• Conducting and supporting workplace investigations and recommending practical solutions.
• Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, legislation, and organisational policies.
• Developing and delivering ER training programs.
• Contributing to HR projects, policy development, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building strong relationships across the organisation as a trusted advisor and business partner.
