Job summary

University of Queensland is seeking a Coordinator, Candidate Experience at the St Lucia campus. You will coordinate HDR candidate experience programs, including 3MT, HDR Week and Awards for Excellence, and oversee logistics, communications and stakeholder engagement.

The role emphasises high-quality service, collaboration and continuous improvement, contributing to a sense of belonging and candidate success across the university community.

Qualifications

• A degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and demonstrated professional experience.
• Proven experience coordinating events, programs or engagement activities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, including logistics, communications, documentation and operational processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate HDR candidate experience programs and flagship initiatives (3MT, HDR Week, Awards for Excellence).
• Manage operational delivery of engagement activities: planning, logistics, communications, scheduling and post-event evaluation.
• Build relationships across units to support program outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Monitor participation and feedback, prepare reports and recommendations.
