The Senior Project Officer role at University of Queensland, UQ Business School in St Lucia, Brisbane, is a full-time fixed-term position up to 12 months. You will provide project management advice and coordination across the Indigenous Business Hub and Strategic Projects, turning ideas into planned initiatives and outcomes.

Requires a tertiary qualification in business (or related field) and project management accreditation, with strong organisational, communication and cultural capabilities

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in business or a relevant discipline.
• Project management accreditation or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience providing project management support within complex environments.
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities with competing priorities.
• Demonstrated cultural capability and relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to prepare reports and stakeholder materials.

Aufgaben

• Provide project management advice and support for strategic projects.
• Plan and deliver Indigenous Business Hub activities, including events and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate research grant submissions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to business cases and project plans with budgets and milestones.
• Develop project documentation, data, reports and communications.
• Support reporting for Strategic Directions and accreditation requirements.
