Job summary

Future Generation Snowy 2.0 seeks an experienced leader to drive electromechanical installations on a major hydropower construction project. You will coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic trades, monitor the programme, and ensure milestone delivery with strict quality standards.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale construction, strong leadership, and exceptional communication. You will manage schedules, safety, and costs while reporting to stakeholders and ensuring

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 10 years' experience in similar scale construction operations.
• Strong reading of complex drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead electromechanical installations on a hydropower construction project.
• Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic trades to maintain schedule.
• Monitor construction programme to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Provide regular progress reports and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
• Manage subcontractors and site personnel to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and contract requirements.
