Future Generation Joint Venture in NSW is seeking a seasoned Lead Electromechanical Engineer to oversee installations on Snowy 2.0. The role coordinates civil, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic trades, and monitors the construction programme to meet milestones and quality standards.

You will manage safety, scheduling, resources and budgets, prepare regular site reports, resolve issues, and lead site engineers and supervisors toward on‑time delivery of a world‑class hydropower project.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in mechanical/civil engineering or related field.
• Deep understanding of construction procedures and project management.
• Ability to read complex drawings and documents with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills are essential.
• Experience coordinating multi-trade construction and scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure proper sequencing of works to avoid clashes and delays on critical areas.
• Manage subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow and budgets.
• Review construction methods and supervise site teams.
• Lead daily briefings and coordinate meetings to align activities.
• Inspect installations for design conformance and safety compliance.
• Prepare and report project progress to managers and stakeholders.
