Job summary

Future Generation Joint Venture is seeking an experienced site engineer/manager to oversee a section of works on the Snowy 2.0 project in NSW. You will ensure time, cost, quality, safety and contractual targets are met while developing construction documentation and coordinating with the broader technical team.

You will mentor engineers, lead look-ahead planning, review subcontractor packages, and drive safety and QA across the site.

Qualifications

Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering or similar discipline.
White Card.
C Class Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Ensure QA is implemented at the work site and assist with QA understanding and implementation.
Develop construction documentation for work area (CAP, WPA, CMS).
Carry out safety risk assessments with the site team.
Review subcontractor IPC claims.
Mentor engineering team to grow technical knowledge.
Review design packages during development with DJV/technical team.
Develop 6–12 month look ahead programs for planning and procurement.
Coordinate design with the technical team for site use.
Develop project program (Initial + 6WLA).
Assist with subcontractor claims review and SOW development.
Provide technical review of subcontract packages for procurement.
Ensure the site has required HSE documentation and approvals.
Develop One Team culture and support Graduate/Site Engineers.
