Job summary

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews on major iron ore operations across Port Hedland and East Pilbara. You will drive high-risk shutdowns and maintenance on fixed plant and bulk materials handling assets, delivering high-quality results with a strong safety focus.

You will plan, supervise and execute complex E&I work scopes, mentor the team, and collaborate with clients to meet stringent specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical crews in mining or construction.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and client requirements.
• Proven ability to plan, review JHAs, SWIs and permits for critical works.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews across a range of job fronts.
• Ensure all works meet safety, quality and client requirements.
• Develop and review JHAs, SWIs and permits for critical works.
• Scope, plan and coordinate shutdown activities.
• Liaise with clients, planners and supervisors for smooth execution.
