Job summary

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews on major iron ore operations across Port Hedland and East Pilbara. You will drive high-risk shutdowns and maintenance on fixed plant and bulk materials handling assets, delivering high-quality results with a strong safety focus.

You will plan, supervise and execute complex E&I work scopes, mentor the team, and collaborate with clients to meet stringent specifications.

Monadelphous Mining and Minerals North West is currently seeking experienced Senior Electrical Supervisors to join our growing team across the Port Hedland and East Pilbara Portfolio. This role will see you leading electrical crews across major iron ore operations, delivering high risk shutdown and maintenance works on fixed plant and bulk materials handling assets. We also have a strong pipeline of project based work, including NPI infrastructure and major upgrades for our clients. You will play a key role in planning, supervising and executing complex E&I work scopes, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to client specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated supervisor looking to further develop their leadership, shutdown delivery and project management skills while working with industry leading clients.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in an electrical supervisory role within the mining or construction industry
• Strong background in electrical and instrumentation on fixed plant assets and NPI scopes
• Proven experience managing maintenance and project works
• Dedication to the safety, well-being and future development of your team
• Must hold s26 Supervisor Certificate (or have the capacity to obtain one)
• Must hold a valid WA electrical licence
• Proof of right to work in Australia
• Senior First Aid, Working at Heights, Basic Fire and Confined Space Certifications (desirable)
